DELIVERY CHARGES

The delivery charge for all orders is $4.00 (USD) throughout Lebanon.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of order processing. It may take 2 to 4 business days for orders to be delivered within Lebanon.

Please note that delivery times may be affected during peak periods or adverse weather conditions. We aim to provide you with the most accurate delivery time for your specific location during the checkout process.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please use this information to track the delivery status of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer international shipping.

ADDRESS INFORMATION

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping address information. We will not be held responsible for any lost or misrouted packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

DELIVERY DISCLAIMERS

• Rimal Al Misk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

• Rimal Al Misk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
