Eligibility for Returns: Your item must be in the same condition as received – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. For a return to be processed, a valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Procedure: Upon delivery, customers have the opportunity to inspect the perfume. If satisfied, they may keep the item. If not, the customer can return the perfume directly to the delivery driver. Alternatively, customers can contact us at rimalelmisk@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Period: Customers check their order when delivered and return it directly if any concern available.

Damages and Issues: We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item is received, please contact us immediately at rimalelmisk@gmail.com. We will promptly evaluate the issue and rectify it to your satisfaction.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. Sale Items and Gift Cards: Regrettably, returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: For a quick and efficient exchange process, we recommend returning the unwanted item. Once the return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the desired item.
